In addition to training its own personnel, Teline-Rami arranges training related to scaffolding and scaffolding legislation for its stakeholders. The courses involve both classroom and practical training. Teline-Rami has also taken responsibility for recruiting new installation personnel. In a sector that is burdened by a shortage of labour, Teline-Rami has played an active role in seeking and finding new human resources. We have arranged recruitment courses together with the employment authorities in the Helsinki and Turku metropolitan areas for several years already.
